Return and refund policy
Valid from December 14, 2012. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. The items available for purchase in the online shop are sold by Karivaljakko Oy (Finnish Business ID FI11035145).
Ordering
The products are ordered through www.abcofthehorse.com or from our customer service. The products are available to businesses and private persons of at least 18 years of age. If you like to order more than 10 books, please contact us: info@abcofthehorse.com.
Prices
Shipping will be added to the price at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes and similar. We reserve the right to change the prices and shipping rates. When you submit an order, you undertake to comply with terms and conditions of delivery that are valid at the time of order.
Taxes and customs duties
The recipient is responsible for any taxes and customs duties in their own country.
Payment terms
The full amount of the order shall be paid, in advance, via PayPal. You can also pay by credit or debit card to PayPal. By clicking “Buy” you agree to Karivaljakko Oy’s terms and conditions.
Delivery
The shipping price depends on how many books you’re buying and on your destination country. You will see the final shipping price at checkout. Delivery times to Europe are 2-5 business days. Delivery times to outside Europe are 5-10 business days.
Returning of items and refunds
In case you want to cancel your order or if you have received a faulty or defective item, or in case the item has been damaged or lost, please contact the seller within 14 days after receiving the order at info@abcofthehorse.com, giving the following details: your order number, name, address, phone number and email address. The buyer is liable for risks linked to the transport in case of returns. The product has to be packed accordingly to Karivaljakko Oy’s directions, and so that the product can’t suffer any damage in the delivery. Karivaljakko will make the refund within 30 days after the return is received and approved. The possible refund will be made the same way the product was originally paid for. In case it is evident that the shipment has become damaged in the postal system, please direct your complaint to your post office.

Karivaljakko Oy handles all customer-related information in strict confidence. Karivaljakko Oy does not accept any responsibility for such use of its products that is in violation of the instructions of use issued by Karivaljakko Oy, nor for such direct or indirect harm or injury to animals or humans that has been caused by negligence. The illustrations on the website may differ to a degree from the actual product. As for writing, calculation or data processing mistakes that may appear in our online shop, Karivaljakko Oy is under no obligation to deliver orders in compliance with the faulty information that is based on these mistakes. Karivaljakko Oy does not accept any responsibility for such obstructions or hindrances to or delays in order deliveries that are due to reasons beyond Karivaljakko Oy, or are due to other reasons that obstruct or hinder the business operations of Karivaljakko Oy.
